What drew us in is the founding team. Petronel Bigioi (CEO), Sumat Mehra (CBO), Eran Steinberg (Chairman), and Mahesh Makhijani have been building together for decades, across low-power computer vision, digital cameras, and miniaturization. Along the way, they've accumulated over a thousand patents, and shipped their technology into billions of devices. They've also bought back their own company three times, each time reuniting to keep building what they believe in. That kind of sustained collaboration between founders is rare and says a lot about both the team and the opportunity.
